A candidate well- versed in Loan Servicing Analysis, headcount, budgeting and reporting is highly desired. Default Mortgage experience required! FHA/VA Claims experience a plus! Bachelor Degree preferred, will accept extensive, stable work history in lieu of education. Financial Planning/ Analysis-4 years or more. (annual budgeting, forecasting, headcount projects and variance analysis) Mortgage Default required. Proficient in Access, Excel, Hyperion Essbase, Applix TM1 and Lawson a plus! Experienced creating staff models / headcount for all servicing areas. FHA / VA Claims a plus! Extensive Credit Check, Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen will be required
Requirements:
